 Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence And Memory Loss

My father is 73 years old and I have noticed that he is starting to urinate himself, he is not bathing, he doesn t keep his trailer which he lives in clean, he is forgetting things, and falling, and now he wants to hold onto my arm or a shopping cart so he has balance. The worst thing is he drinks beer heavily more now and it seems like he has gone down hill the past month

symptoms u r describing are suggestive of Dementia involving frontal lobar dysfunction esp in form of change in personality. ....get thorough evaluation by a neurologist done including higher mental functions..
